Interior

Walls & Ceilings

You can rely on our interior painting processes to ensure beautiful high-quality finishes.

It starts with proper preparation that includes: covering all flooring and furnishings, filling holes and cracks in the walls/ceilings, then sanding and texturing to match the existing surface.

We use high quality products coupled with professional workmanship, that results in a long-lasting paint job.

Additionally, we can provide drywall repairs and minor carpentry work, such as replacing baseboards and crown mouldings.

Painting Preparation

• Trenching around landscape around the house

We trench about 2-3 inches where dirt is in contact with walls to provide a coverage of paint beneath the ground level. We also fill in the dirt back after applying the paint to finish the bottom.

• Pressure Wash

We pressure wash the exterior surfaces with a 2500 psi machine to remove dust that has accumulated over time.

• Scraping and Sanding

We scrape loose, flaky old paint and sand on any surface with perfection in order to apply primer or a finish coat.

• Dry Rot and Termite Repairs

When we find dry rot or termite damage while scraping loose paint, we can offer to replace the wood or patch it up with the appropriate wood compound for the finish coat.

• Stucco Repair

Stucco cracks and damaged areas around the bottom of a wall can be repaired to match existing patterns.

• Caulking

All doors and windows areas with slight separation will be applied with caulking to give a smooth and uniform finish.

• Hardscape and Landscape Protection

We cover all hardscape surfaces around the walls, windows, light fixtures, plants with plastics, drop cloth, and masking                       papers from overspray and paint drops.
